Where I've been and why

I miss blogging and interacting with other bloggers and tweeting and lifting weights and cross training.  I gotta be honest, I've been working a lot.  And when I haven't been working, I've been stressing out about work.  I've barely had time to get my running workouts in.....and if I'm being honest, I haven't always gotten those accomplished either.  However, I feel that I have a pretty awesome excuse (if such an excuse existed).

I have been working my tush off at my big girl job so I can leave this weekend for the MOST. EPIC. VACATION. EVER.

That's right folks.  I'm super excited that, this weekend, my husband and I will be busting out our passports and we'll be traveling across the border to visit our neighbor to the north.

I cannot overemphasize how excited I am to visit Vancouver, British Columbia and participate in Lululemon's 2013 Sea Wheeze Half Marathon.

3 MORE DAYS!!!

As my bank account husband can attest, I'm pretty obsessed with Lululemon (it is more like an addiction)...If I could get away with wearing Lululemon to work, I would be the happiest person.  Actually, I did wear the St. Moritz cableknit sweater to work in the winter (I promise, I didn't pay full price for it).  Anyway, visiting Vancouver, the origin of Lululemon, will basically be like visiting the mother ship.
I'm especially excited about the prospect of taking a peak inside the Lululemon Lab:
"The lululemon lab is a conceptual design and retail space. It is a hub for innovation and functional fashion in Vancouver. The lab designs, produces and sells its own exclusive line of clothing."

Then, Husband and I will be jetting to the island of Hawaii for some relaxation (and lots of hiking) to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anniversary.  WOAH!!! As of August 16th (did I get that right?), Husband and I will have been married for 5 years (that's 1825 days!!)

This is the part of my blog where I would LOVE to tell you about all of our plans for Hawaii, but that would require that I've read my two awesome guide books that I purchased on Amazon.  And I just haven't.  Fortunately, I have a few plane rides between now and touching down in Kona.

Maybe we'll have a plan, maybe we''l just wing it.

.....but we'll probably have a plan..... =)
